My husband had his built by a carpenter and had it insulated plus two ceiling lights. It is 12' x 16' with one window. He put a small sized air conditioner in the bottom half of the window. He is very comfortable working out there year round.
We planted a flower bed of canna and Mexican petunias next to it. Looks very pretty all summer long.
Looking to put small shed at back of garden any good advice or tips !?
I got one of those kit plastic sheds..about 3 years ago now...easy to erect...waterproof no maintenance...its great...I would recommend them to anyone...easy to keep clean too just take a hose to it on a hot day and it dries in no time...
Mine is a Ketter make but lots of DIY places have their own brands...
Reply:Concrete base,,,4 bolts to secure it,,,,,case wind takes it,,,,,paint with wood preserver,,,,,to make it last,,,,,
Reply:Build an outhouse shaped shed. See if you can side it from old barn siding. You can hang your gardening tools on the wall and a push mower with handle folded will fit inside. Plus it will be a conversation piece in your neighborhood. Dont forget to cut a crescent moon in the door
Reply:HOW FAR ARE YOU GOIN TO WALK TO GET TO THE SHED
WHAT WILL BE STORED IN THERE
ACCESIBLE TO THE HOUSE IN WINTER
JUST SOME POINTERS
Reply:Good webiste that'll cater for all your needs
